Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to sell and deliver your order, and we follow the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, business name and VAT number if you give them, and your order history. Card details are entered on PayFast's site and never reach us.

Why

To process and deliver your order, issue tax invoices, give support and meet our legal record-keeping duties.

Who we share it with

PayFast (payments), our courier (delivery) and our email provider. We don't sell your information, and the shop uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

Cookies

One cookie keeps your cart and sign-in. It is needed for the shop to work.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information (unless we must keep it, for example tax records). Email us at the address in the footer. You may also complain to the Information Regulator.
